1. Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• A consultation is required prior to your first treatment.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for any necessary paperwork.

 

2. Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Full payment is required at the time of treatment.

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or card (where applicable).

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

• No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost and may be refused future bookings.

 

4. Consultation & Medical Disclosure

• All clients are required to complete a consultation form before any treatment.

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date medical history and disclose any allergies, medications, or health conditions.

• SL Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if any information provided raises safety concerns.

 

5. Treatment Suitability

• All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment.

• Results vary between individuals, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

 

6. Aftercare

• Full aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.

• It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare advice to ensure optimal results and avoid complications.

 

7. Age Restrictions

• Clients must be 18 years or older for aesthetic treatments.

• Proof of age may be required.

 

8. Refunds & Complaints

• Treatments are non-refundable once performed.

• If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue.

• Refunds on deposits will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

 

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All personal information provided is strictly confidential and stored in line with GDPR regulations.

• Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

 

10. Liability

• SL Aesthetics will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions if you fail to follow pre or post-treatment advice or if you withhold medical information.

• By undergoing treatment, you accept full responsibility for the risks involved.

 

11. Promotions & Offers

• Promotions and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.
