At The Filtered Lounge by SL Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional treatments and customer service. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining high standards for our business operations and appointment availability.
Deposits & Pre-Paid Appointments
All deposits and payments made to secure appointments are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if at least 48 hours notice is given for rescheduling.
Failure to attend your appointment or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Treatment Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments.
Results can vary from client to client, and while we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, aesthetic results are not guaranteed.
If you experience any unexpected reaction or concern, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can assess and advise on appropriate follow-up care.
Product Refunds
Unopened, unused retail products purchased at The Filtered Lounge may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Training & Courses
Payments for training courses are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
In some cases, your training date may be rescheduled with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (serious medical conditions, bereavement, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required.
